As part of our “One Stop Shop” property services the SleepHaven team have been very busy working on 3 flats on behalf of a landlord in Preston Capes Northamptonshire. Originally the property was a large barn which was converted into 3 flats but now requires updating ready for prospective new tenants.
We were recommended to the Landlord as we’re able to provide all the skills and services he required to get the job done, rather than having the hassle of contacting and coordinating different tradesmen.
We’re currently in the process of taking out the old bathroom and kitchen, supplying and fitting with new, plastering, painting and decorating throughout. Once this work is completed we’ll be supplying and fitting new carpets for two of the flats and cleaning the carpets in the other.
As you can see from the pictures below the kitchen was very tired, out dated and was in serious need of updating.

We have now taken the kitchen out, made good and plastered the walls and are in the process of fitting new stylish kitchen units as seen below.
